Administrative Services Offered
Southeast Laser, Inc. administrative service includes, but is not limited to, preparing documents in final via Microsoft Word 2003. These documents are prepared from three drafted formats: 1) typed drafts, 2) hand-written documents and 3) tape recorded drafts. Other services also available are: creating and preparing labels, business cards, and mailings.

Basic Format Specifications
The basic requirement for our word processing format is to have your documents in a compatible version of MS Word 2003. This is relative for those documents which are downloaded on disk or sent via email. Standard Format: 1 in margins; single spaced; justified paragraphs; Font = Times New Roman; 12 Font headings (bold) and 10 font paragraphs (body)

NOTE: Otherwise, you should specify requirements, such as: spacing, margins, font, justification, headers, footers, etc. (Please use our Order Form for these specifications). Feel free to browse my website for an order form for any of your administrative needs.

Pricing
• $20/hour = work is timed and recorded with each project
• An additional charge of $5.00 will be applied for: document pickup in the local Raleigh area
• Work can be saved on disk and mailed for an additional $2.00 charge
